A Memorial for Charlie Kirk

Charlie Kirk bing.com accessed 9.11.25

This brave, brilliant, young, 31-year-old husband and father of two beautiful children was viciously assassinated on the campus of Utah Valley University yesterday, September 10, 2025.

Charlie was a voice of reason on college campuses. But as a true Christian, he was also like John the baptizer, a voice crying in the wilderness, “Prepare and make straight the way of the LORD.”[1]

The One True and Living God raised up Charlie. He gave Charlie the incredible intellect he possessed. The Most High strengthened his faith, increased his understanding of Scripture, and his knowledge of God. Then the Almighty gave Charlie the boldness to speak His Truth to a young generation and expose the evil in the world. But Charlie also spoke wisdom to us in the older generation and demonstrated how to use reason and the Truth of Scripture to reach those with whom we come in contact.

No one deserved more to hear the words from Jesus Christ our Savior,

“…Well done, good and faithful servant; you were faithful over a few things, I will make you ruler over many things. Enter into the joy of your lord.” (Matthew 25:21)

Why the LORD of hosts allowed Charlie to be martyred by the people controlled by Satan, I can’t say. But I know God will use this tragedy for His good. I believe Charlie would be the one to say with Jesus, "Father...not my will but Yours be done." (Luke 22:42)

And while no one could ever replace Charlie in the hearts of his family or in our hearts, I pray the LORD of glory will raise up a THOUSAND VOICES to carry on Charlie’s ONE voice.

LORD God Almighty, bring Your peace and comfort

to Charlie's family.

Please, LORD, bring REVIVAL to our nation and start with me.

We need You, LORD, so badly, to stop evil and change hearts here in America. O LORD our God, may Your Holy Will be done for Your Glory and Your Righteousness.

In the matchless name of Jesus Christ, our Lord, our Savior,

our All in All. Amen!
