Prayer to Rededicate America to God

Image
FLAG robert-linder-fcFEnjBmm14-unsplash Holy, holy, holy, are You, O LORD of hosts; the whole earth is full of Your glory. And holy, holy, holy, are You, Lord God Almighty, who was and is and is to come. You alone are worthy, O Lord, to receive all glory and honor and power, for You created all things and for Your pleasure they are and were created. Let my prayer be set before You as incense and the lifting of my hands as pleasing to You as the evening sacrifices were before Jesus Christ, our Lord, God in flesh, came to die on a cross to pay the penalty for our sin, was buried, arose the third day from the dead, ascended to heaven, and lives forever to make intercession for us. Thank you, Lord Jesus. We repent before You in dust and ashes.   Today, LORD, the man You chose to be the President of this great nation, Donald J. Trump, has called us to rededicate our country, A m e r i c a , back to You. You chose and preappointed this land as our dwelling place and gave true ...

Do Our Part

Clipart.com If you have been with me throughout these 17 years of newsletters, you are probably well aware of my views about America. However, if you’re new, you may not know I believe God deliberately established two specific nations on this planet. Israel first and then the USA.   Israel is forever—America is not.   Forever meaning only as the LORD God Almighty said through Jeremiah. If the sun, moon, and stars depart from before Him, or if the heavens and earth’s foundations can be searched out (which they cannot be), then, and only then, will Israel cease from being a nation. [1]   Yet, this phenomenon will not take place until after the millennial reign of Yeshua Jesus and the Almighty Triune God, seated on His great white throne, comes into our existence. In those glorious moments, earth and heaven flee, and the sun and moon are not needed. Why? The glory of God illuminates the New Jerusalem, and the Lamb is its light. [2]   Wonderful ...

Seventeen Days of Prayer - Day Twelve - January 15, 2021

DAY TWELVE   “Thus says the Lord: ‘Cursed is the man who trusts in man and makes flesh his strength, whose heart departs from the Lord…[for]…the heart is deceitful above all things and desperately wicked; who can know it? I, the Lord, search the heart , I test the mind, even to give every man according to his ways, according to the fruit of his doings.’” [1]   O LORD our God, this nation, once built upon Your principles and Law, has gone the way of the world. Most follow the dictates of their own evil hearts . They have rejected You that You should not reign over them. They have forsaken You and served other gods—the gods of convenience and selfishness—promoting abortion—the shedding of innocent blood, and all the things You hate. The highest courts in our land are proud of conducting unlawful and fraudulent business. Lies flow from their lips like silk. They devise wicked plans, and their feet are swift in running to evil. False witnesses they love but TRUTH...

Jesus Wept

Last Thursday, when our roads were snow-covered and a bit treacherous, I ventured out to the hairdressers. A New Year and time for a new me, right? It had been over two years since I sat in a beautician’s chair and conversed while she did my hair. I can’t say that I missed those types of superficial conversations. However, Thursday’s discussion was different. We talked about retirement, a so-called life of leisure, and social security. When I mentioned to her that she should not just depend on the money she will receive from social security, she said she would not rely on it because Social Security will probably be bankrupt by the time she is ready to retire. I’ve heard people saying this for years, and maybe it’s a valid concern. Still, what shocked me was the thought that jetted through my mind, “We probably wouldn’t have to worry about SS bankruptcy if the 60 million plus babies aborted since Roe v. Wade in 1973 were working, tax-paying citizens.” Did I express my sentiments?...

God Hates?

“These six things the L ORD hates, yes, seven are an abomination to Him:  A proud look, A lying tongue, hands that shed innocent blood,” (Proverbs 6:16-17) Yes, God hates the seven things listed in Proverbs 6:16-19. However, considering it’s the 40 th Anniversary of the Roe v Wade decision on Jan. 22, 1973, let’s concentrate on number three:  “Hands that shed innocent blood.” There are many ways to shed innocent blood, but all seem to involve death. Recently, it was a shooter at Sandy Hook Elementary. Some look at this horrific tragedy and ask, “Where is God? Why didn’t He stop it?” Sadly, it all points back to the Garden of Eden. In order for God to have a love relationship with His creation, man needed a free will. He had to be free to choose to love God or hate Him, to obey or disobey. When Adam chose to disobey God’s one command, he was in essence saying, “I love me more than You.” By this action, sin entered the human race. Because of sin, Adam Lanza shed inno...
