  FLAG robert-linder-fcFEnjBmm14-unsplash Heavenly Father, we are here again today praying for A m e r i c a .   Give President Trump, Vice-President Vance, their Cabinet, Congress, our Military, our State Governors, Legislators, and all Local Governments an understanding of how close A m e r i c a is to extinction.   Help them, and us, see that we MUST hold on to the way our country was founded—first upon You and Your Law—and then with c a p i t a l i s m , so any citizen can become whatever they choose. They can grow independent of big government while following the law. They can start a business and become successful because they provide a good product.   You, O LORD, founded a free enterprise system here in A m e r i c a , and this has helped to make A m e r i c a great. Miracles In the Wilderness Series - Lesson 14 - Looking Back

Reluctant to leave the refreshing of Elim, Israel traveled to the Wilderness of Sin, between Elim and Sinai. Arriving on the fifteenth day of the second month, thirty days since they left Egypt, the oasis of Elim seemed a faint memory. Hungry, weak and irrational, they complained, longing for the days of slavery. At least in Egypt there was enough food. (Exodus 16:1-3) Was hunger really worse than slavery? Without God, maybe, but sadly in only thirty days of travel, Israel had become so accustomed to seeing the pillar of cloud and pillar of fire, they forgot the King of the Universe was present. Hunger pangs cramped their stomachs, blinded their eyes, confused and muted their senses, making the dreaded oppression of slavery better in comparison. Has that ever happened to you?
