  Worship House Media       Can you believe it? Amid Thanksgiving preparations, a world war was escalating. Would it happen? Was the handwriting already on the wall? Had God weighed our world in the balances and found it wanting? [1]      For a while now, I’ve felt the end of the age [2] fast approaching. Chaos, insanity, wars, rumors of wars now with nuclear capabilities, and artificial intelligence so threatening humanity that, if possible, no flesh would remain. [3] Earlier, it seemed the LORD gave America and, by extension, the world a reprieve and great hope for the future. “Behold, He who keeps Israel shall neither slumber nor sleep.”  [1]   Israel’s war is growing, and many Israelis say it hasn’t yet begun. Still, the war prophesied in Ezekiel 38 and 39 seems to be on everyone’s mind.   However, leading up to Ezekiel prophesying, “‘Thus says the Lord God: ‘Behold, I am against you, O Gog, the prince of Rosh, Meshech, and Tubal,’” the Almighty provided this prophet with visions of Israel’s future blessing—the first, dry bones, the second, two sticks. And, both prophecies spoke of the same event: the people of Judah and Israel united again and back in the Land promised to them by God Most High.   God commanded Ezekiel, a priest of Judah captive in Babylon because of Judah’s sin, to prophesy to dry bones , and when he did, stages of life appeared. I had planned to write more about artificial intelligence and the end of humanity as we know it, but Israel is at war , and that takes precedence.   So, what’s going on? Is this just more of the same Middle East unrest? Or is this war in Israel the beginning of the end—not of Israel, but of the age in which we live? I believe the latter.   Why? It doesn’t just have to do with Israel but with global alignments. How did our focus switch from Russia/Ukraine to Israel ? What caused Hamas to be able to attack Israel—one of the most militarily armed and protected countries in the world?
