Happy 32nd earthly Birthday, Charlie, but Happy Birthday Number One in heaven.

 

We miss you terribly and are so thankful for the time the LORD allowed you to stay and teach us.

 

Charlie demonstrated how to love one another, and he spoke the Truth in love. Those of the Truth loved Charlie. But Jesus said, if the world hates us, it is because they hated Him first.[1] Truly, the world hated Charlie, but he loved them enough to speak truth in a way they could understand.

 

“Then Jesus said to those Jews who believed Him, ‘If you abide in My word, you are My disciples indeed. And you shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free.’ Therefore if the Son makes you free, you shall be free indeed.”[2]

 

Because of Jesus Christ, God the Son, Charlie was free indeed, and that’s why he championed FREEDOM. So, no one deserved the Presidential Medal of Freedom more than Charlie.

 

And Erika said it best. President Trump did give Charlie the best birthday gift ever.

 

Congratulations Charlie!

 

Praise God for how He gifts His children and guides them to use His gift for His glory and their good.

Love Speaks

  Our grandson, Justin, is getting married in April, and we couldn’t be happier. This love story began when they met in seventh grade and has stood the test of time and adversity all the way through high school and now as they both graduate from college. Looking from the outside, I see their unconditional love .   This past weekend, his mother, our daughter Lorrie, and I were honored to celebrate the upcoming nuptials at Cailyn’s lovely bridal shower. And what a beautiful bride she’ll make!   Like most of you with children and grandchildren, we love Justin and Cailyn. We’re thankful for the love they share and their forgiving hearts.
